Capricorn Monthly Horoscope

Group dynamics will take a lot of energy to navigate this month, so prepare to mediate and manage your relationships, Capricorn. The Sun is in Scorpio until November 22, energizing your eleventh house of collaborations. But Mercury, the planet of communication, technology and interactions, is retrograde in this same zodiac zone through November 13, scrambling signals with your squad. People will have trouble seeing eye-to-eye, which could delay a launch or derail a team project.

Power down after November 22, when the Sun moves into Sagittarius and your restful twelfth house for a month. Clear the decks before Capricorn season begins on December 21 and focus on finishing up projects before the holidays.

Feeling overwhelmed? Call for backup! The perfect moment to do that could be the November 24 Gemini full moon, which illuminates your sixth house of organization, systems and helpful people. Delegate duties to get your goals over the finish line.
