Mercury and Venus end their retrogrades by mid-April

If trust and intimacy have felt like twin moving targets this spring, Leo, you’re not alone. Fortunately for you (and all of us!) the cosmos are finally clearing the air. After slogging through prolonged retrogrades, two of the personal planets turn direct—messenger Mercury on the 7th, then ardent Venus on the 12th. At last! Mercury has been retrograde since March 15, first in Aries and your expansive ninth house, then in Pisces and your eighth house of intimacy and shared resources since March 29. Venus has been retracing a similar path, backpedaling through Aries since March 1 before sliding into Pisces on March 27. Power plays, financial entanglements, or lingering questions about commitment may have blurred the lines in your closest relationships.

The clouds part as Mercury corrects course on the 7th. By April 16, Mercury returns to Aries and your ninth house, revving up your appetite for adventure and helping you zoom out for the big picture. Conversations shift from heavy to hopeful, and your confidence in making future plans grows stronger.

Venus, however, remains in Pisces until April 30, drawing you deeper into emotional and sensual waters. This influence invites quiet vulnerability, meaningful bonding and a slower pace in romantic or financial matters. Trust your instincts. Not everything needs to be broadcast just yet.
